The Ukrainian Institute of America is posthumously honoring Roma Pryma Bohachevska with its first Lifetime Achievement Award on Sunday, September 12, 2004, at the Waldorf-Astoria, 301 Park Avenue, New York City. The Award will be presented at a Luncheon commencing at 1:00 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom.

Please join us as we honor this dancer extraordinaire and celebrate her 40 years as a teacher, choreographer and mentor. Mrs. Pryma Bohachevska graciously welcomed the Award when the Institute first made the announcement.

In addition, we are publishing a Commemorative Journal to be distributed at the luncheon. We would appreciate your participation by placing your personal expressions in memory of Pani Roma in this Journal. Attached is a list of advertisement prices.
